Favorite Things

Whenever I go to another yogi’s website, I always want to know what their favorite things are. What do they know and use that might help me? In that spirit, I’ve made this page. Everything you read here I have purchased with my own money, by my own decision, and love and recommend. Products will be added here after I have reviewed them on the blog.

For Locals

Live in Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill? Here are great things in our area.

Spread

Spread is the best vegan cheeze on the planet. It’s exactly what it says it is: a spread. It’s not going to melt on your sandwich. Makes a yummy snack on a cracker. Currently only available at the Durham Farmer’s Marker some Saturdays. Like their Facebook page to learn when you can find them there.
